Cardio, pole and strength combine to give you an invigoration workout that will keep you coming back for more! New formats will be introduced regularly and your body will be in the finest form yet.  Be prepared to sweat….this class is not for the delicate.

4-WEEK POLE CLINIC
This is a special clinic for those that are new to vertical pole or for those who would just like to refresh their experience.

In four consecutive weeks you will learn basic pole moves, strength and flexibility to increase your success for executing your new pole moves, transitional floor work and routine development.

INTRO TO POLE WORKSHOP
Lets get it started!!! All your beginning moves plus safety and strength building exercises are taught here. Our consultant is patient and will work with you at your own speed. This is your first step to expressing yourself in this very unique way.

POLE DANCE WORKSHOP 101
This workshop has a prerequisite of Intro to Pole and is required for Pole Dance class. Once you have some of your basic moves down learn how to put them into a smooth flowing dance routine that fits only YOUR style. Once you complete this workshop you are elegible to attend Pole Dance class held on Friday evenings.

ADVANCED POLE WORKSHOPS
Whether you are ready for Pole 1 or Pole 15 or even Gyro, your pole skills can advance as your strength and confidence grow. Watch the calendar for the next workshop on your list.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole or previous Pole Workshop: Intro – Pole 15

POLE BOOT CAMP
Incorporate Pole and Cardio and you get our Pole Boot Camp. This class is offered by our visiting consultant Este. Come out and enjoy a combination of strength training in the form of pole moves and cardio all in one event. Este’s bio can be viewed on the About page and we are happy she will be blessing us with her presence at The Pole Vault.

POLE TRANSITIONS WORKSHOP
OK – so now you have some pole moves under your belt and you are ready to put it all together – well, this is your class Learn how to smoothly move from one trick to another to accentuate your performance level.

POLE FITNESS
This event combines both the strength building of Pole Fitness and the movement of Pole Dancing. Whether you are a beginner or have advanced experience, this event will suit your needs. Come out and get your workout on!!

‘SPIN IT OR NOT’ POLE
Put your moves on a spinning pole and find out how easy you can make it look. You will develop upper body strength and your inner core will thank you as it gets stronger and stronger every week. This class is a blast!!!  If you are not yet at the ‘Spin” level you can run your tricks on a static pole.  Look for the next ‘Spin Workshop” to advance your skill level.
Prerequisite: Pole One and Intro to Gyro

POLE EXPRESSION
If you want to practice your regular static moves, your gyro moves or want to experience 2 or 3 on one pole, this is the class to get it done. This time slot is open to all and any type of pole expression. Come and join the fun!!

POLE DANCE CLASS
Now that you have some moves under your belt come out and practice your skills in this class. Receive direction from your instructor on how to develop your moves and make them your own, using your own style.  Put your own brand on your transitions and artistic talent.
Prerequisite: Pole Dance Workshop 101.

INVERSE TRANSITIONS WORKSHOP
Confused about how to get from one inverse move to another?  This is YOUR workshop.  8 full transitions taught per level.

POLE REVIEW
Have you forgotten some of those pole moves in levels gone by?  This is your opportunity for a refresher.  Different groups of levels will be covered in different workshops so ensure that you register for the levels you wish to review.

INTRO TO ‘SPIN’ WORKSHOP
You have built up your strength and now you are ready to take your pole moves onto the spinning pole. Experience the delight of flight. Take all the moves you know and put and extra twist on them while increasing your upper body strength. What a blast!!
